I'm going on maternity leave, and I hope I don't ever come back (this is my third mat leave in three years). So my boss is risk managing the vacancy and looking for a permanent replacement for me.

The selection criteria don't mention any technology other than our Lotus infrastructure. But we're redeveloping one of our internet websites with Drupal, and trying some collaboration stuff on the intranet with Drupal too. We also have a SQL-based intranet content management system, which I do my best to avoid.
